How-to create new order

 Instructions

1. Click create new order

   Open

   

2. Complete order form

   1. Select if you want us to pick up the cargo or will you deliver to our warehouse your self

   2. If you want us to pick up the cargo choose Pick up location (Sale origin), add special instructions if needed, and if vehicle select if cargo has loose parts that we need to pick up

   3. If you will deliver your self choose AEC branch where you will be delivering your cargo

   4. Select if you want to ship in consolidated (shared container) or full container (own cargo) and destination port where you want to ship the cargo

      Add in transit to final city if order goes to other country not same as the port country instructions here

   5. Enter commodity information:

      1. Enter VIN # and click Get info by VIN, the system will decode Make/Model/Years if the VIN # is not decoded you will be able to enter Make/Model/Year manually

   6. Enter vehicle declared value, purchase date (if known), attach copy of bill of sale and vehicle title
