How-to add insurance existing order

 Instructions

  1. Go to Client Zone - Atlanticexpress Corp you might need to log in

  2. Find the order you want to insure, you can use vin #, lot # or other filters

  3. Click on View Order

  4. Click on Get insurance …. :

  5. Choose your insurance option Total Loss or Full Cover and click Add insurance (for information about insurance check here)

 

 

You can only add insurance on orders that are not yet shipped, once the order loading process starts insurance is no longer available.
